We greatly appreciate your interest in and use of our products and services via our website, which is owned and run by Nandanvan Investments Limited.
Please carefully read Nandanvan's Terms and Conditions and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, as they contain crucial information about your rights and responsibilities as a customer with regard to any purchases you make from us.
We make every effort to provide all services and goods in compliance with the requirements and deadlines specified at the time of purchase. However, you will be eligible for a refund if we are unable to provide the good or service you ordered for any reason, provided that the following requirements are met:
- Only in the event that the service or product acquired from Nandanvan has a blatant and observable flaw, malfunction, or non-performance will refunds be taken into consideration.
- If the buyer requests a refund only because they have changed their mind and there is no flaw or problem that Nandanvan is responsible for, no refund will be given.
- If a customer changes their mind after the service or product has been delivered or shared, refund requests will not be accepted. However, we may, at our discretion, let you to apply the money you have already paid to any other Nandanvan service or product of comparable value. A complete or partial correction may be accomplished.
- Funds will be appropriately allotted to the relevant account as soon as Nandanvan is made aware of any repayment installments that are unintentionally credited to an account other than the intended account. Nevertheless, Nandanvan will not be responsible for any such incidents or any resulting loss to the borrower.
- Applications for refunds that are received after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, especially if the completion of the job or service has previously been verified and communicated via email or another contact method.
If Nandanvan approves a refund request, it will be handled and you will be notified by email. The money will be credited to your specified bank account after the refund procedure, which could take at least fifteen (10) business days. We'll make sure the refund procedure is carried out carefully and honestly.
Nandanvan retains the exclusive authority to:
- Modify the terms of sanction at any point before or after the loan is disbursed, including lowering the loan amount and/or interest rate.
- Recall the full loan and cancel the sanction letter without providing a justification.
- At its sole discretion and without prior notice, change, revise, add, or remove any of the aforementioned rules, policies, or conditions.
